The room is close to the town center. The cleaner was very nice as he was tidying-up our room every day.
Be aware that you will get a room in a shared apartment. The furniture is kinda old but the bed was comfy. The toilet sit needs to be changed as it is slowly transforming from white to yellow.

Good location. Simple but comfortable and clean.
Check in is clear once you receive the instructions.
Missing a quilt or a blanket.
Arrived 45min before the planned time (5pm) and was told we had to wait.

What we liked: the location was great, the building was quiet, and the air conditioning worked very well. The contract, Antonella, was prompt and kind, and gave us great recommendations for sightseeing.
The bed was horrifically uncomfortable and even though we booked for a king size bed, we got two twin beds pushed together. The mattresses were incredibly hard and lumpy, and we both ended up with terrible back pain after just one night.
The toilet didn’t flush when you pushed the button on the wall for the entirety of the first night, but it did eventually work in the morning.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

"Location very good for the train station.
It was a bit of a walk to the Arena and downtown but was not a difficult walk.
Very quiet at night. Nice bar downstairs for a breakfast coffee."
