Reception staff very welcoming and helpful providing advice about tours and activities. Staff in breakfast room & housekeeping pleasant. Rooms and property in general was very clean and bathroom also had nice big fluffy towels giving a luxury touch. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to Piazza Bra, the Arena di Verona and other tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again for a trip to Verona & would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Very good for families. Family suite is 2 adjoining rooms so we had plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. Coming from the US it was very spacious. Short walk to everything in Verona. Garage parking under hotel was very convenient!

Same quality kept as last time stay 4 years ago. Great room, great breakfast, and great staff. Best location, and great room with extra singer bed on the side. Very easy to walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Shopping is too great with young people all around the city downtown

Nice hotel with a gym and easy walk to Verona centre (15 minutes maximum). Good breakfast options. The suites were spacious and had very good amenities including jacuzzi bathtubs. Would recommend.

(Im an interior designer and know that polished porcelain has no place in a bathroom). Bed comfortable. Room was updated and well kept. Breakfast great. Staff nice. I will definitely stay here again! VERY close to train station and easy walk to city center. Great stay overall!

The hotel room was nicely furnished and clean. It was a relatively close and easy walk to Piazza Bra. It is also relatively close to the Porta Nuova train station.It was also quiet at night.

This hotel is a gem! It is spotless, updated and the rooms have been newly renovated, clean and spacious. Beds are so comfortable, best hairdryer ever! The staff is accommodating. Walking distance to centre of Verona. We love this hotel👍
