Le lieu est bien disposé par rapport à la ville en-dehors de l'ancienne ville et seulement à 1 km de l'arène. Commerces à proximité et 10-15 minute à pied de la gare et des bus vers l'aéroprot

The guy that owns the place was really nice although he couldn't speak a lot of English he gave us lots of information about the room and how to get to the city center. Overall we had a great stay and they provided some easy breakfast and coffee.
Be careful when you sit at the end of the bed because the planks arent fully secured at the end of the bed on the left side.

Excellent location: very near Porto Nuova Station and just 10 minutes walk from Verona city centre and its main attractions. Complimentary water and croissants in the bedroom were a nice touch, as well as having access to a coffee machine and tea facilities free of charge. Host was prompt on his replies to my messages.
The room had a shared balcony, which I don't remember reading about at the time of booking, so that was a surprise for me. There was a leak in the toilet and a bit of water on the floor, prior to having used it. The wifi didn't work.
