We had a ground floor family room. When we locked ourselves out of the room but were able to get in via the window, thus an advantage but also a safety worry. The quality of the bed linen was lovely, the rest was good enough

Very comfortable bed and large room
No milk for tea and coffee and no staff around to ask.
No plug for the bath l, plus bath had cobwebs and dead woodlice in.

Location and the space in the room
Were great.
It did smell very stale in the room. So we left the door and windows open for as long as possible before going to sleep.
