there was no breakfast as the rest of the hotel was under referbishment .The room was clean tidy comfortable and spaceiouse and a comfortable bed, very happy with the accomodation.

Convenient location, plenty of space in the room
Decor is quite tired, floors weren’t very clean (bathroom floor had talc on it & around edges of bed weren’t clean) only one small bin in bathroom so had to use that for tea bags etc. The accommodation is next door to a lovely looking pub which is closed & currently being renovated so there were more than a few builders milling about from very early in the morning (just in case anyone is booking a solo stay). Price a little high for what you actually get at the current time.

Expensive for what received. The previous night we paid 66% of this cost .. and it included breakfast Location is not very convenient for town.
