Charming two-story hillside apartment with terrace and sea view in Santa Margherita Ligure, ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches and the city center.
The accommodation, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a living area consisting of a sofa, television and dining table. The independent kitchen is functional and complete, ideal for kitchen lovers. The house has a lovely sea-view terrace, furnished with a dining table, for enjoying aperitifs and relaxing outdoors. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Completing the layout are 3 bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub, in each room.
