Perfect spot for us for a one night stop in Genoa. Close to large supermarket and very spacious and well equipped apart

Apartment was the more or less clean

The 9 rating of these apartments is a lie. Let's start with the most terrible - there were cockroaches in the apartment! They crawled through the front door and didn't warn us! All the neighbors have closed cracks with rags, that is, this problem was there before. For the second time, the air conditioner did not work, water was dripping from it, it was hot, and it was not possible to open the windows, because children were screaming on the street and the windows looked out onto the garbage cans, and garbage trucks were working at night, it was very noisy. The washing machine was so noisy - it has a breakdown, as well as the hood in the bathroom. Well, the district in which the apartments are located is dirty, suspicious and disgusting. I always rent apartments with a rating of more than 8. This apartment does not even correspond to a rating of 5. This was the worst disappointment in all 10 years of my work with Booking. ....I paid €150 per day... I do not advise anyone. And I will write a complaint - I have all the video and photo confirmation.

find it was a challenge

it took me three trips around the block (each 1.6 km) to find the appartment. The problem was, that in this city they use to types of house numbers: black and red. What I saw from the car was the black number. The address 99 is a red number. These numbers have nothing in common. I was close to give up. Such a numbering system I have never had bevor. Guided by a lady (owner) and a „pick up“ man, I finally found the appartment…

Le dimensioni della casa, la gentilezza e l'ospitalità dell'Host con un prosecco di benvenuto ed una bella colazione. Pur non essendo in zona centrale, la casa è molto accogliente. Vicino ad un centro commerciale a supermercati e negozi di varia utilità.

Ottimo soggiorno

Le camere ampie con doppi cuscini e tante coperte, la colazione con le fette biscottate e le marmellate e le merendine, il latte, il kit di benvenuto, i saponi, le tv smart, l'arredamento allegro, gli appendini in bagno e nelle camere, l'lluminazione e la disponibilita' di un bel divano letto. Inoltre presenza dell'ascensore e vicino alla struttura un buonissimo ristorante di pesce. La cortesia dell'host che ci ha accompagnato dal parcheggio alla struttura

Aggiungerei le lenzuola separate dal piumino e una chiave per chiudere la porta del bagno

Casa molto accogliente e davvero pulita. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Posizione super comoda per raggiungere comodamente a piedi il palazzetto per i concerti e per visitare Genova.

Dla 3 osób na 3 dni pobytu pozostawiono nam 4 małe jogurty, 5 drzemików ,2 małe wody mineralne i 6 małych słodkich bułeczek w folii. To żenada.. Przestrzegam przed wykupieniem opcji ze śniadaniem bo śniadania w ogóle nie ma i jest to niepotrzebny wydatek

Appartamento in posizione strategica, città tutta da scoprire, e da mangiare :-)

Ottima posizione, ho raggiunto il centro in venti minuti a piedi e Boccadasse in due ore scarse ( con i mezzi mezzora ). Ma anche nel quartiere ci sono tante osterie tipiche e tutti i servizi. Gestore simpatico e gentile, bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto e tanta disponibilità. Nell'appartamento ( che è molto pulito ) non manca niente

Апартаменты очень понравились, чисто, комфортно - даже был парфюм для комнат. Очень понравился матрац и подушки - спалось очень хорошо и огромный плюс - во всех комнатах был кондиционер. Хозяин нашел нам частный гараж - поэтому авто было в безопасности. Приятный бонус было то, что хозяин квартиры имел свою пиццерию и там был оооочень вкусные пиццы-+ сделал нам скидку. Приехал

Один из недостатков - хороший пляж был в 15 км от квартиры(Voltri), но для нас это ничего не значило - был автомобиль.

Appartamento pulitissimo, curato e super accessoriato ( phon, macchina caffè, tè, microonde, aspirapolvere Dyson, bollitore, caffettiera, super servito in cucina e nel bagno) e colazione inclusa. Biancheria pulitissima e profumata. Gentilissimi e super disponibili gli host. Convenzionato con la pizzeria Lo spuntino 3...buonissima!Vicino al centro commerciale Fiumara. Honnêtement, l'un des meilleur rapport Qualité/Prix que vous pouvez avoir a Gênes. le propriétaire est très gentille et nous a proposer des pizza avec réduction. l'emplacement est idéale pas loin de centre ville. l'immeuble propre et sécurisé. l'appartement est spacieux et très bien aménager. les chambres propres , les lits sont confortable. Vraiment cet appartement est une découverte a gênes, et j'y revient sans hésitation.

un seul bémol, et je pense qu'on weekend : un resto bar en bas qui fait du Karaoké jusqu'au 2h du matin, sinon rien a signaler.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Auf jede Nachricht wird in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Wir kamen 1,5 std eher an als geplant. Als wir eine Nachricht geschrieben haben ob wir eher einchecken können, kam der Vermieter innerhalb von 20 min zur Unterkunft um uns eher in die Wohnung zu lassen. Viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Relativ nahe am Hafen.
