The owner was great! Excellent communication from staff and spacious apartment. The walking distance to airport.
There were no larger cups to have tea, only tiny espresso coffee cups.

It’s okay.
I liked the contactless check-in to the apartments. Availability of heating, hot water.
I didn’t like the lack of slippers, as the floors were very cold, I had to walk in shod - this is a big minus. Also, shampoo and shower gel are not provided, this is the first time I meet this.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung gut geeignet. Ausstattung war gut für 2 Personen.
Kontaktperson wollte check in nur über WhatsApp. Ansonsten hätte er die Unterkunft kurzfristig storniert. Ist unschön wenn man gerade noch die letzten 10 km fährt und sich damit auseinandersetzen muss… Für mich ist WhatsApp nicht das richtige Medium um Fotos vom Personalausweis zu verschicken! Dazu könnte sich Booking.com mal was einfallen lassen… App ist im Dachgeschoss , nur Treppe…

Come si vede della delle foto l'ascensore non funziona, o ho suonato varie volte l'allarme dell' ascensore, e nessuno è venuto per aiutarmi , io una signora di 70 anni da sola con la valigia di venti kg. come potevo salire a piedi ? Non potevo salire tutte le scale da sola. Tra altro , venendo da Rio de Janeiro ero stanchissima con più di 12 ore di volo ... Il palazzo era un cantiere in opera... . Manco il taxista genovese trovava l'indirizzo. Non c'è la facevo dalla stanchezza IL PROPRIETARIO E NESSUNO DEL PALAZZO mi hanno socorso PER AIUTARMI... Una signora PER STRADA vista la situazione ,MI HA AIUTATA A TROVARE UN TAXI ,E UN POSTO LETTO COME SI DEVE: un Hotel . Non si è presentato nessuno nonostante mio marito l'abbia contattato, è solo uno che vuole vendere, e basta , io voglio i miei soldi indietro. Varie vicine hanno presenziato la fregatura che mi sono presa.. Lui è una persona senza cuore e educazione. Mi deve dare in dietro quello che abbiamo pagato...ho regalato 75,82 euro ad uno che non ha fatto il minimo per risolvere il problema .MA LA COLPA È DI BOOKING CHE ACCETTA TUTTO E DI PIÙ E NON CONTROLLA CIÒ CHE VIENE DESCRITTO ,MAI PIÙ BOOKING ANCHE SE PURTROPPO HO FATTO UN 'ALTRA PRENOTAZIONE SENZA SAPERE
