About this house rental
Just outside the village of Montaldeo, it is located in a valley, surrounded by greenery; it is easily reached by paved road leading to the parking space in the courtyard.
The central part of the farmhouse is used for our Agriturismo, open only on weekends, and where it is possible to taste many products of our farm, cooked in the typical way of the Lower Piedmont.
The house consists of a large kitchen equipped with the necessary and short bathroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom + single bed, a bedroom with three bunk beds and a bathroom on the second floor, a double bedroom + a child's bed and a relaxation room with small library on the second floor.
It is located between Ovada and Gavi Ligure.
It is 20 km from the Serravalle Outlet Design.
It is 11 km from Gavi and its Fort
It is 55 km from the beaches of Arenzano (Ligurian Sea)
It is 70 km from the center of Genoa (Aquarium and Old Port)

On the land adjacent to the farmhouse live the 35 horses of the Carrata Riding Club, of which we take care every day, the goats and chickens, the Carolina ass!
