300 M2 completely renovated, this artists' house is located on the banks of the Gers river, in the countryside near Astaffort, the famous village of Francis Cabrel. Very cool in summer, this house is ideal for resting. There is a swimming pool (semi-covered) of 7.50X4.50. to dive on hot days. Several terraces and garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha including one covered if the weather is changeable.
