A magnificent house in the heart of Gascony, ideal for a peaceful vacation surrounded by nature with family or friends.

This beautiful, tastefully renovated detached house is located in Plieux. You’ll find it at the end of a path lined with fruit trees.
The house, with a floor area of approximately 300 m², features
On the first floor: a large 60 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 12 people, and a lounge area with a television. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. Bathroom with a large shower and sinks, plus a separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 (of which 2): 1 queen-size bed plus a single sofa bed.

In the basement, enjoy the game room for all ages: pool table, foosball, and a pinball machine
Outside, you can enjoy the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, its large terrace overlooking the lake, and the private heated pool measuring 8 meters by 4 meters.
A charcoal grill is available for your use. Please bring your own charcoal.
We provide our guests with the essentials to start their stay, including: 3 rolls of toilet paper, soap, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, 1 trash bag, a few coffee pods, and a few tea bags.
Just 6 km away, you can take a stroll through the village of Saint-Clar (Gers), a typical and lively village with its weekly market, gourmet markets in the summer, bars, restaurants, and local shops, its public school museum, and its recreation center with a swimming lake (open in the summer). 13 km away is Lectoure, a fortified Gallo-Roman town and spa town where you can stroll through its narrow streets steeped in history.
