This 300m² villa can accommodate up to 15 people with its 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for reunions with family or friends.
The house has kept the soul of the old stones: woodwork, generous volumes, exposed beams... but every detail has been thought out so that you don't miss anything. Modern comfort is very present, simply in an authentic and rural setting.

Located on the banks of the river, in the heart of a wooded area, the house is a perfect place to disconnect, breathe and live to the rhythm of nature. Here, the song of the birds replaces the sound of horns, and the sunsets are savored in silence... or almost.
You may come across a few curious butterflies, or a dragonfly in search of freshness. And yes, in the countryside, nature is alive and well! Expect to come across a few insects, or other small six-legged visitors, nothing unusual when you stay in such a preserved environment.
But don't worry: no crocodiles on the horizon, we are neither in an American western, nor in a remake of "Jumanji". 😉 Just a real rural experience, sincere and exotic!

The villa is on 2 levels
On the first floor, you have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, living room, living room and kitchen. On the 1st floor, you have access to the 3 bedrooms. The last level gives you access to the 6th bedroom ideal for your children with 3 beds 🛌.

→ A fully equipped professional kitchen with two fridges, 1 dishwasher so you don't waste time doing the dishes, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a coffee machine, a kettle and much more 🍽️☕.
