Idilic.. overlooking the Waitangi River and Native Reserve...only 3 km from Paihia with stunning views ..peace and quietness..listen to the Birdlife..have a glass of wine or morning Coffee on the deck.. only minutes away from Restaurants..Supermarket and Golf course and Beach ..Dogs are welcome here..free Wifi free Netflix..cosy modern and well equipped home..

Great house a short distance from Paihia. Quite neighborhood with beautiful views. Great deck to have your morning coffee on. The bugs come out at night hard, but that's what you trade for beautiful views and location. Great for two couples and a single or similar.
