Wonderful location and very comfortable with all the amenities that you need. It is getting ready for renovation especially in the kitchen and shower area.

Jan met us on arrival, was super helpful and informative about the area during our 7 day stay, she even arranged a boat trip to Hole in the Rock with a discount. The apartment was small but adequate, in a lovely setting, seemed like we were in a tree house. Shared Washer/dryer is in a different building, but no problems. Refrigerator was tiny and upon arrival, freezer department was totally iced shut, this was remedied as soon as we mentioned it to Jan. Hot tub is available, but was dirty the first time we used it, and non-usable the second time we tried due to no water in the tub.
This apartment is in a great location, 5 min walk to the grocery store, 15 min walk to the beach, and 25 min walk to the downtown area of this cute little village. A lovely beginning to our 2 month stay on the north island of NZ.
