About this apartment rental
• These are vacation apartments, not hotel rooms.
• There is no 24-hour or night reception desk (so please arrive before 7:00 p.m.!).
• All apartments have free Wi-Fi.
• Bed linens and towels are provided. The beds are made upon arrival.
• Please remove the used bed linens before departure and place them downstairs (first floor).
Thank you for your cooperation.
• Bicycles can be stored free of charge in a garage; you will receive your own key for it.
Shower and toilet, dining and cooking area (including kitchen appliances), and a closet under the stairs. A staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area.
Fabric partitions can also be set up upon request; this provides a little more privacy for travelers who are staying together but are not a couple (construction workers, students, etc.) and simply want to share the cost of lodging. Anyone can receive their own invoice upon request.
Note: There is no final cleaning fee, provided the apartment is left swept clean and tidy, and all dishes are washed, dried, and put away in the cupboard. If this is not the case, I reserve the right to charge an additional fee based on the amount of work required. You are responsible for cleaning the apartment yourself during your stay.
The vacation apartments are fully equipped, so we do not offer breakfast.
If you’d like to buy groceries, you can find them at the nearby (within a 1.5 km radius) “REWE” (open Mon.–Sat. until 10 p.m.), “ALDI,” “Penny,” and “Lidl” stores. The REWE has a bakery that’s also open on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
