Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss. keine Parkmöglichkeit in wohnungs Nähe.

Never again!

Der Preis war akzeptabel.

Punkt 1: Anreise Es werden nach der Reservierung automatische Nachrichten verschickt, die Kontaktnummern und Zugangsdaten enthalten. Leider stimmten weder die Kontaktdaten noch die Zugangsdaten, sodass wir die Tür nicht öffnen konnten. Nach langer Zeit haben wir dann über ein Restaurant, zu dem dieses Apartment wohl gehört, einen Ansprechpartner erhalten, dieser hat uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Stunde später jemand vorbei kommen könnte. Eine angenehme Anreise sieht anders aus. Glücklicherweise kam aus dem Mehrfamilienhaus ein Anwohner, sodass wir zumindest ins Haus konnten. Mit den richtigen Zugangsdaten, übermittelt per Telefon, konnten wir dann endlich in die Wohnung. Punkt 2: Sauberkeit & Ordnung Ich vermute in der Wohnung hat lange Zeit keiner mehr gewohnt, kurz um: Die Wohnung war in keinem guten Zustand. Wir haben den Teppich zur Seite geschoben, weil wir mit viel Gepäck angereist sind, was wir dort unter dem Teppich alles gefunden haben war verstörend. Es gibt auch keinen Staubsauger oder Wischmopp den man hätte nutzen können um selbst etwas zu reinigen (wir waren dort für 2 Wochen). Weiterhin sind diverse Rauchmelder von den Decken gefallen und lagen auf dem Boden, etliche Fußleisten waren ebenfalls lose auf dem Boden. Punkt 3: Die Größe des Betts Es ist unmöglich mit zwei Personen in diesem Bett zu schlafen, es ist viel zu klein. Punkt 4: Licht im Bad Das vorhandene Licht im Bad ist viel zu dunkel, beim Duschen sieht man nur sehr schlecht. Punkt 5: Etagenhöhe Angegeben ist diese Wohnung in der 5. Etage. Das mag formal stimmen, allerdings gibt es Zwischenetagen, wenn man die einzelnen Flure mit großen Deckenhöhen nacheinander zählt, wohnt man eigentlich im 9. Stock. Ohne Aufzug mit viel Gepäck nicht komfortabel. Punkt 6: Ausstellen einer Rechnung Ich habe 4 Wochen vergeblich versucht eine Rechnung zu erhalten, leider ohne Ergebnis. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen und auch niemandem empfehlen!

Für einen Städtebesuch zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung und vor allem die Betten waren sehr sauber. Es wurde sogar ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt, was während der warmen Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm war.

Die Kommunikation ist sehr anonym, aber es hat alles gut geklappt. Der Schlüsselcode wurde erst am letzten Tag zugesandt, obwohl die Zahlung bereits Wochen zuvor erfolgte.

Traumwohnung

Traumhaft schön und sauber. Eine große helle Wohnung ganz oben mit hohen Decken. Sie ließ keine Ausstattungswünsche offen.

Gute Lage, aber nicht sauber

Die Lage war gut (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof). Außerdem war es die meiste Zeit ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ganz nett eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock in einem hohen Haus ohne Aufzug. Am schlimmsten war, dass die Dusche nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Das Wasser ist nicht warm geworden und der Abfluss war verstopft, so dass man nur 1 Minute (kalt) duschen konnte. Außerdem war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Das Sofa war voll mit Tierhaaren, im Schlafzimmer hat mich eine sehr große Spinne begrüßt und die gesamte Küche und das Geschirr waren klebrig.

Schöne Wohnung mit Mängeln.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich.

In der Wohnungsbeschreibung steht Schlafsofa vorhanden. Das Sofa ist aber kein Schlafsofa, es ist viel zu kurz. Die Dusche befördert nur lauwarmes Wasser und der Abfluss ist komplett dicht! Man muss beim Duschen das Wasser abstellen und ablaufen lassen sonst läuft alles über!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Kleine feine Wohnung, die Koblenzer Innenstadt ist mit einem Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Schön ist das separate Schlafzimmer und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vollkommen unkompliziert und der Check in erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox.

Parken direkt vorm Haus ist etwas schwierig, da die Parkuhr nur für 4h tagsüber bezahlt werden kann (falls man was findet), kostenlos ca. 400m entfernt. Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist apart - 4. Stock unterm Dach
