We enjoyed a week in beautiful Cannes in a fantastic apartment. Centrally located, immaculately clean, friendly staff.

Beautifully clean. Amazing location.

Our particular flat was difficult to get to with our pushchair but Oksana (manager) let us keep it downstairs in the laundry room which was greatly helpful. Other than that the apartment and the building was absolutely perfect!

Amazing location, comfortable and stunning.

Our room was a small room with just a bed and a bathroom, perfect for what we needed for our 5 day trip especially with the kitchenette. The location of this property is absolutely perfect with it being right in the harbour with restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby as well as boat trips to the Lérins islands on the doorstep. The staff were all very friendly and catered to our needs throughout our whole trip. I couldn’t recommend this property enough for an amazing trip to the French Riviera.

Really enjoyed our time in Cannes and will be booking again in the future!

Arrival was easy thanks to the property manager reaching out ahead of time. He also responded to the questions that I had during the stay promptly, which helped set my mind at ease. Location was also excellent, with enough space for my whole family to enjoy the view, an excellent pizza restaurant directly below and easy access to the local beach, shops and train station, which was only a 10 min walk away.

Cosy apartment

We liked so much the location in the heart of old town (Suquet) with a beautiful view of Vieux Port from our balcony and also close to the beach. Cosy, clean apartment and very well equipped. Parking places and good shops nearby. Good restaurants in neighbourhood. Everything was just perfect.

Staff was extremely helpful and assisted in getting lost luggage from airport back easily. Rates were a bit high but that was the case everywhere in Cannes during a big event. Wonderful location, very clean and everything you need is there. Much better that many other places I stayed at in Cannes! thanks!

the position and the view - when I finally got an apartment with a view. my first night was in a terrible place with a view onto a road and an old apartment block

The first apartment I got was small, uncomfortable and part of it was dangerous and it didn’t have the view I asked for and which Booking.com said I would have. The bathroom was small and difficult and dangerous to move in. complained and luckily the proprietor was very nice and gave me a new place with the view I had asked for. But she didn’t have a second apartment with a view for my colleague so he was left in an ok apartment but with the original view I had - onto a back street and an apartment block.

Exceptional

The flat is fully furnished, really comfortable and huge. The terrace has the nicest view of the harbor and yachts, we spend a lot of time just enjoying the sun, view and hustle of the city. Rooms were spotlessly clean and we will be happy to return.

If you are a light sleeper, you might have to sleep with windows closed. There is some traffic in front of the residence, but it did not bother us at all.

Excellent location. Room looked fair. NO cleaning service whatsoever.

The huge advantage of this booking was the location. Just 3-4 mins away from the Festival Palace. Other things we liked were the amount of storage spaces for our luggage and clothes (which can be a hard thing to find in Cannes) and the size of the bathroom. We received the place very clean and neat.

Bear in mind this is NOT a hotel. This is more of a room rental - i.e. no reception, no concierge, the entrance hall was smelling bad from the washing machines. We could not sleep with the window open because of the ventilation system of the pizza place on the ground floor, which was permanently making noises. But the biggest no-no was NO CLEANING SERVICE. Nothing - no floor cleaning, no towel changes, no bed sheets changes, no shampoo and shower gel replenishment, nothing. When we asked about cleaning, we were told it is an additional EUR 50/day, else we can vacuum and clean the room ourselves... Never in my life have I been told by a host "we can show you where the vacuum cleaner is"... It is mentioned, indeed, somewhere down the footnotes, that cleaning services are included for a fee, never have I thought I had to look for that when booking a room.
