Overall, the property itself was wonderful, but the check-out experience left a bad impression.

The house itself was great — excellent location, exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, and comfortable enough for 8 people. Everything about the property was as promised, and we really enjoyed our stay in terms of space and amenities.

However, there were a few negatives. There were not enough towels provided, which was inconvenient. More importantly, while the host was friendly upon our arrival, the experience at check-out was unpleasant. He became upset because we hadn’t washed one towel and made inappropriate, offensive comments, including comparing genders and making negative remarks about us. He also seemed angry that we didn’t perform a “deep clean” of the house before leaving — which is unreasonable, as guests are not expected to do a full professional-level cleaning. We had taken out the trash, tidied up, and left the house in good order, but apparently that wasn’t enough for him.

Excelent

Spacious, clean, fully equipped and walking distance to the beach. We stayed in this apartment as a group of 8 people and had a great experience. The location is very central – close to everything in Cannes – and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The only downside is that the street is quite busy and noisy, which is to be expected in such a central location. The apartment is large, bright, and very well equipped – it felt just like home. The 4 bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and large terrace provided all the comfort we needed. There are 3 bathrooms, but only 2 of them have toilets – something to keep in mind for larger groups. Every room has functional air conditioning, the building has an elevator, and we were provided with clean towels and basic supplies. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a cold bottle of wine in the fridge and coffee capsules for the next morning – a thoughtful gesture, especially since we arrived late and couldn’t go shopping. Communication with the host was excellent: kind, responsive, and discreet. He waited for us until late without any issues, answered all our questions quickly, and even helped arrange an airport transfer for us. A well-maintained apartment with excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Wonderful!

We loved this Fantastic, beautifully decorated apartment in a fantastic location of central Cannes! Even thought we we’re a large family group of adults we had so much space and facilities. Our personal and sincere thanks to the wonderful Sandra for doing such an outstanding job of keeping this apartment truly beautiful and for receiving us and checking us out with warmth and concern. We have such high praise for this apartment!

Like a 5 stars hotel, very close to the city center! Highly recommended!

It is a super flat, large and equipped with everything, you can imagine (washing machine, drying machine, ice making machine, dishwasher etc.)! Two bedrooms have private bathrooms and there is an extra bathroom and a separate toilet. The appartament was absolutely clean, it is furnished modern. The apparthouse and the staircase is clean, the windows at the terrace are soundproof - despite the heavy traffic there is no noise inside the building. The appartament is very close to the center. The market, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. The owners are very kind, they helped us to arrange parking and visiting the surrounding places using train. If you go to Cannes, this appartament is the best choice!

Very warm stay

Wonderful, spacious apartment suitable for a large company. 4 Spacious rooms, living room, terrace with sea and Cannes views, 3 bathrooms. Most importantly, the apartment is close to the city and the sea. We really liked the coziness of the hosts, the communication both by e-mail and the lively and understanding our situation, we arrived early in the morning, the hosts allowed us to keep bags until the apartment was ready, and gifts were waiting for us on arrival. Thank you very much for stay, great value for money. We will definitely back again :)

The apartment for a perfect holiday: beautiful, clean, large, 4 bedrooms and a kitchen-dining room. Equipped with all kinds of appliances, a large selection of tableware. Gorgeous view of the sea and the port. The ideal location - the beach, the Croisette, shops, a market, restaurants - all within walking distance. We really liked everything.
