The apartment is in a perfect location — just minutes from all the main events in Cannes. It’s very convenient, quiet, and has an elevator, which is great for luggage. Everything was smooth and comfortable, and Stefani was an excellent communicator who provided great service throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

I think it needed more towels for a 7 night stay and a dish cloth if you expect people to leave the glasses and crockery dry.

Wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Great location, comfortable stay. Service was exceptional. Staff were very accommodating. Complementary wine, beers, and coffee pods were greatly appreciated.

No washing machine, small fridge, The threat of cancellation if city tax payments were not met prior to arrival. We were only notified the day before arrival. Causing uneccesary stress and panic.

Design, modernity, nice tableware, location is TOP.

My room was great for a short stay and single traveler. Not much space to store things and luggage. However I had an issue with communication. First a payment link was sent to me without prior notice and not from a french mob number, so I thought it was a scam and blocked it. Then I was contacted at least 4 times by the property by different employees asking me to pay city tax in advance. To all of them I provided the same info. Howerver, this info was not passed between them. I found it a bit annoying and made me nervous if my check-in will go smoothly. But at the end all was good.

We had a wonderful experience staying at immogroom. From allowing us to leave our bags at the agency all day, to the excellent friendly receptionist who made our time in Cannes so great (she even came to our room to help us open our balcony door that looked out over Cannes port, to arranging for some items we left in the room to be posted to our next accomodation in Florence. We could not have asked for anything else from this beautiful company. 10/10. Thanks so much for having us

Great apartment, hosts who listen. Best affordable place to stay in Cannes.

Hosts are friendly, apartment us great and the view was perfect.

Confusion on the key collection was the only issue. Automatic emails that suggest key collection from designated boxes no where near the apartment, followed up with instructions (that were in the same format as the previous emails, therefore didnt read) that someone would be there to let us in.

Con grande delusione devo dire che il wc era sporco e c’erano anche capelli nella doccia. La cucina non aveva gli accessori completamente puliti. Non è presente un appendiabiti, l’armadiatura è inesistente e non ci sono appoggi per i bagagli. Quando prenotate chiedete di precisare qual’è l’appartamento, le foto sono cumulative con altri alloggi vista mare e nonostante nella nostra prenotazione fosse indicato “appartamento con vista mare”, non l’aveva. Abbiamo chiesto una seconda chiave che non è mai arrivata. Alla richiesta del last check out non abbiamo avuto risposta. Siamo stati clienti della stessa agenzia per diversi anni, evidentemente qualcosa è cambiato non in senso positivo

Comfort e modernità in centro e a due passi dal mare

Posizione centrale e vicina alla spiaggia. Appartamento ampio con tutti i comfort necessari. Check-in solerte e puntuale. Belle rifiniture. Letto ampio. Cucina accessoriata

I gradini per arrivare al bagno. Ampi ma difficili da ricordare quando ci si sveglia la notte e non si vuole disturbare accendendo la luce. Non grave comunque. Esteticamente molto gradevoli

Appartement beaucoup plus petit que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. • Salle de bain peu fonctionnelle : eau qui s’accum

Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour son emplacement central, son apparence moderne et sa jolie terrasse donnant sur le port. L’endroit était très propre et bien situé, près de la place du Festival et entouré de restaurants. Points positifs : • Propreté impeccable. • Jolie terrasse avec une table bistrot donnant sur la rue. • Emplacement idéal au port, près de la vie animée.

Appartement beaucoup plus petit que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. • Salle de bain peu fonctionnelle : eau qui s’accumule au sol après chaque douche, papier toilette en quantité insuffisante, aucune boîte de mouchoirs, aucun distributeur de shampoing/savon/revitalisant. • Nombre de serviettes inadéquat pour un séjour de 6 nuits. • Garde-robe peu pratique. • Aucun linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. • Mais surtout : le bruit constant du bar situé en dessous. Les haut-parleurs faisaient vibrer le plancher jusque dans la chambre, tous les jours de 10h du matin jusqu’à minuit passé. Impossible de trouver un moment de tranquillité. Malgré nos plaintes, aucune solution ni compensation n’a été proposée. On nous a aussi mentionné de contacter la ville au sujet du bruit.

Mega god beliggenhed og mega hyggeligt sted.

Ligger helt centralt, tæt på restauranter, strand og offentlig transport, helt perfekt! Værten var mega sød og hjælper hvis man har brug for det. Udsigten var også mega god, denne nød vi meget på altanen.

Man kunne evt. tilføje en klud eller to, men intet af betydning.

Emplacement facile, bien équipé.

Premier contact difficile et difficile de communiquer avec l’établissement. Pour l’équipement on a pu changer la literie après deux semaines. Il n’y avait pas de linge de maison comme indiqué sur le site.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in einem sehr schönen Apartment in Cannes zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten. Die zentrale Lage ist ein echter Pluspunkt; sämtliche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was das Erkunden der Umgebung unglaublich angenehm macht. Das Apartment selbst ist äußerst geschmackvoll renoviert und beeindruckt durch seine Helligkeit. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat alle notwendigen Utensilien, sodass man auch für sich selbst kochen kann, was einen zusätzlichen Komfort bietet. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Appartement ist einladend und gemütlich, und es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Apartment nur empfehlen. Es bietet nicht nur eine zentrale Lage und eine schöne Einrichtung, sondern auch kurze Wege zu allem, was man für einen erfolgreichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch! 😍
