Awful, definitely not recommend, the property does not worth the value of money spent there.

It was small and dark. The property was listed to be 40 sq.m, in reality it was 15. The room was 4.45m on the longer side and 2.65 on the shorter side. The view from the room was pointing an old ventilation pipes and rotten windows. The sink, in the 1sq m. bathroom, was dirty and clogged. The property owner/manager (I don't know who I spoke to) did not accept attempts to resolve the issues.

I was travel solo, it’s was very hard to reach by taxi and have to curry all my bags and trying to found the place ! The size is small and it’s not king bed ! No early cheak in available, u have to wait till 4 and no place to leave the bags !

No wifi for 2 days! A bit complicated with passcodes to inter the room ! Make sure your phone is always charged ! The room is really small compering to pictures !

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a great location!

Beautiful and spacious apartment. In a great location. We had a problem with the electronic lock on the weekend and managed to have a video call with staff within 15 minutes who guided us through the problem. We booked just a few hours before arrival and we were contacted straight away by staff via email, Whatsapp and text with all the info we needed, which made the process stress free. We also received a message offering any help during the stay. The apartment looks just like the photos. We will definitely be recommending and returning.

The only thing that would make it better would be if there were washing facilities for longer stays and a beach parasol and beach mats as we had to purchase these and give them away at the end of the holiday.

Die Lage ist perfekt und zentraler geht nicht. Das team war hilfreich.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Koffer in der zweiten und dritte Etage allein schleppen war schon heftig. Wir hatten problemen bei den Codes für die Tür am Eingang und vom Studio.

Ok per soggiorno brevi (non più di 2 notti)

Posizione centrale sia per la sera che per la spiaggia; la camera era pulita.

La nostra stanza (Kea) era veramente molto piccola, oltre a dormire, il resto era abbastanza difficoltoso. c’era una cucinetta che però non abbiamo mai utilizzato visto il poco spazio; stessa cosa per il bagno, la porta praticamente non si poteva chiudere a meno di stare seduti sul wc con la ginocchia appiccicate o avere la sensazione di stare in uno sgabuzzino. Era anche abbastanza rumorosa (tra frigo, aria condizionata - indispensabile per dormire perché le finestre affacciavano in un cortile con tutti i motori dei condizionatori - e i vicini nelle stanze e sulle scale). I cuscini poi erano quasi inesistenti perché di piuma e morbidi. Inoltre, in 5 notti non c’è stato nemmeno un cambio di asciugamani.

Erg fijne locatie in het centrum, parkeerplaats is vlakbij en de kamers waren schoon.

Geen lift (gezien) en geen receptie. De kamer was niet heel groot, maar voor 2 personen groot genoeg.

Solamente la ubicación. Lo demás debe mejorar mucho, ver la nota "Qué no te gustó" más abajo

Debe mejorar varias cosas. 1o. En la cocineta hay solamente un toma eléctrico, no se pueden conectar dos aparatos a la vez, hay que esperar que uno termine para usar otro. 2o. El segundo piso es sólo para enanos, en la parte donde está la cama, en una ocasión por poco pierdo la cabeza, del golpe que me dí en una viga del techo. 3o. La puerta del baño es corrediza y a cada rato se descarrila, lo cual es muy incómodo. 4o. Las paredes dejan oír todo.lo qué pasa en las habitaciones vecinas, la 2a noche tuvimos dificultad para dormir por el ruido de los vecinos. 5o. Por el motivo del techo tan bajo, mi esposa y yo tuvimos que dormir en el sofacama, no nos pareció cómodo

La localisation! Nous sommes en plein centre-ville mais ne sommes pas dérangé dutout par l’extérieur. C’était également très propre et tranquille

Die 5 Sterne Angabe ist nicht richtig. Es hat maximal 3 Sterne verdient. Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Für den Preis hätte ich zu 100% etwas besseres gefunden. Die Treppen nach oben waren viel zu hoch und ungleichmäßig. Die Toilette war direkt neben dem Bett. Die Aussicht war trotz perfekter Lage schlecht. Man hat auf Dächer gesehen.

Les 30m carrés n’y sont pas. Le parking indique dans l offre est un parking public payant donc information trompeuse. Il y a pas de canapé comme précisé dans la liste des equipments. Et clairement ce n’est pas une VILLA ni 5 etoiles. Rapport qualité prix très mauvais

All’arrivo l’appartamento a noi destinato era sporco. Ci è subito stato fornito un appartamento adiacente. Le foto fanno sembrare gli spazi più grandi di quanto non siano nella realtà. Soppalco molto basso e scomodo. Nessun appendi asciugamano o ripiano poggia beauty nel bagno. Finestra del bagno chiusa con lucchetto, quindi bagno cieco a pochi cm dal letto. Non ci è stata fornita la culla, anche se booking la proponeva come disponibile su richiesta

Cannes à deux

La déco faite avec goût, le calme et la proximité du port et de la plage. Le fait de ne pas avoir de clé ou de carte mais des codes pour toutes les portes est beaucoup plus simple.

Le seul bémol est le parking préconisé par l’hôtel, très compliqué pour manœuvrer, le parking est exiguë seul les petits véhicules type smart sont les plus à même d’utiliser ce parking. Je vous conseille le parking palais, il faut marcher un petit peu plus mais beaucoup plus pratique mais avec un tarif jour à 23€.

Da migliorare le condizioni delle stanze (Santorini) va bene solo x 2 persone, letto aggiuntivo inutilizzabile

Posizione ottima, centrale e silenziosa.

Camere da manutenere, bagno piccolo e secondo letto (divano letto) una volta aperto impedisce completamente il passaggio verso porta di uscita.

Séjour très sympa

L’établissement est proche de la plage, des deux ports, du festival de Cannes, des magasins, des magasins de luxe, des restaurants et plusieurs bars. Décoration avec une ambiance de la Grèce, très jolie et sympa. Nous séjournions dans l’appartement Kea. Nous avions le matériel essentielle pour cuisiner et même un aspirateur, ce qui est pratique car pas de ménage de la semaine. Arrivée autonome et départ aussi. Des codes à l’entrée et à l’entrée de la chambre (cela évite de perdre la clé ou la carte)

La salle de bain est très petite et la douche est en « hauteur », pas pratique à la sortie. J’ai retrouvé à plusieurs reprises des cheveux. L’appartement Kea à une porte qui relie une autre chambre et malheureusement c’est très mal isolé, nous entendions toutes les conversations etc… Le réfrigérateur faisait pas mal de bruit mais à force on s’habitue.

Emplacement parfait pour un séjour au Palais des festivals, proche de nombreux bars et restaurants, et pourtant la rue reste calme ! Excellent séjour !

La configuration de l'appartement complique un peu la vie en collectivité, il faut traverser la chambre pour se rendre aux commodités... À réserver aux amis assez intimes :)
