In a modern residence, 2 minutes from the Old Port and the Forville Market: superb 110 m2 apartment with 50 m2 roof terrace and panoramic sea view from Pointe Croisette to Suquet.
This large family apartment consists of:
- a very large living room opening onto the terrace
- a fully equipped kitchen, also opening to the outside
- a bedroom - suite with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed + marble bathroom with bath and toilet
- a second bedroom, also with 2 twin beds and its adjoining full bathroom
- a 3rd separate sleeping space (old veranda) with again 2 single beds.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and ideally furnished for a comfortable holiday, the sea at your feet ...
For your meals, you will have the choice between the indoor dining table in the large kitchen or the garden furniture located on the terrace with a view of the Big Blue.
Parking is available in the building.
In the entrance, a toilet / bathroom.
The apartment is not the most modern but it has all the comforts for a business or leisure trip to the Côte d'Azur.
