Great location

Good location. Just 10mins walk from the Conference Centre and easy access to the main town

Unfortunatley didn't have any hot water on the first morning. It was recified quickly and had no issues afterwards. Wardrobe space was very limited. A small half cupboard in the corner so not much hanging space. There were plenty of plug sockets but not in convenient places i.e next to the mirror or the bed.

Good value for money but don’t expect to sleep very deeply.

Very clean, modern and functional apartment. AC worked wonders during the heatwave.

The hallway is extremely noisy (other guests leaving and entering in the middle of the night) and there is no sound proofness between the door and the hallway. So bring earplugs and expect to wake up from time to time.

Not cheap but impeccable

The location was perfect – I could easily walk there from the station, even with luggage, and I could get to all the places I needed to go with a short walk. The property is on a quiet street, slightly tucked away, and the facilities are impeccable.

This is a duplex apartment, and there's not a lot of headroom on the upper level. I'm 6'1" (1.85) and couldn't fully straighten up in the master bedroom. Even in the room I chose instead my head almost touched the ceiling. This isn't a complaint (the layout is stylish and the space has been maximised) just an observation – if you're a party of three tall people you may feel a little grumpy in the morning.

Convenient, comfy and great communication in an ideal location.

The host Richard was amazing. I had a problem with the door code - my fault as I did it wrong probably - and he was on call the whole time to help. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The sofa bed is the best we have ever seen. And, the location is perfect for walking into the main part of Cannes and the old town. Near enough but also far enough away to escape the noise.

Nice but overpriced

Quiet street

Very expensive for what we had. A little far from restaurants and the main areas of Cannes. They forgot to send me the check in door codes so I had to call multiple times. The room wasn’t ready until 1 hour after our confirmed check in time.

Un endroit merveilleux à bon rapport qualité/prix pour être centralisé à Cannes.

Établissement centrale très bien situé, stationnement gratuit dans la rue mais durant la journée le soir très difficile. L’appartement est très bien avec petite cuisine et tout le nécessaire y était. Climatisation fonctionne à merveille avec deux unités. Si vous êtes une famille de 4 le divan lit est assez confortable. Le gestionnaire est merveilleux et toujours disponible pour répondre ce que nous avons très apprécié.

Le stationnement peux être difficile à trouver dans la rue mais sinon il y a un parking payant à 3 minutes de marche soit le parking Vauban.

Fin og praktisk leilighet med stor terrasse perfekt for famile.

Flott og praktisk leilighet. Vi var seks personer - tre voksne og tre barn (15, 12 og 4 år) - og leiligheten passet oss perfekt. Veldig bra med terrasse, oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Leiligheten ligger i en rolig gate med busstopp like utenfor døren. Vi brukte kun rundt 10 min rolig gange til sentrum. Alternativt kunne vi tatt buss nr. 2 (per tid 1,7 € for enkeltbillett/17 € for ukespass for personer over 14 år. Gratis for barn under 14 år ref. https://palmdeplacements.fr/en/). Team Villa Marina Cannes svarte raskt på alle henvendelser og løste det aller meste av det vi ba om. Vi vil sannsynligvis bo her igjen en gang i fremtiden😊

Vi ankom Cannes på formiddagen og overtakelse var først kl 1600, et tidspunkt som forsåvidt er helt normalt og som vi var forberedt på. Det vi skulle ønske var at bagasjen vår kunne oppbevares kostnadsfritt ved overnattingsstedet. I steden ble vi henvist til et sted i nærheten hvor vi kunne leie oppbevaringsskap. Vi sjekket det ut og med mye baggasje og små skap måtte vi ha leid fire slike til totalt 52 €. Dette valgte vi bort og måtte derfor vandre rundt i byen i nærmere 5 timer med baggasjen. Dette håper vi overnattingsstedet kan løses bedre (gratis/billigere) i fremtiden Leiligheten ligger øverst i et høyt bygg uten heis og man må være forberedt på å gå opp mange trappetrinn med bagasjen. For vår del var det ikke et stort problem, men verdt å nevne synes vi. Det var ikke brannvarsler i leiligheten da vi ankom stedet. Dette ble tatt opp med Team Villa Marina Cannes, og brannvarsler ble installert noen dager senere. Bygget er som mange andre bygg i Cannes, gammelt, men selv om det regelverksmessig kan være beskjedne krav til sikkerhetsutstyr i eldre bygg (slik vi fikk det presentert), er dette noe en profesjonell utleier likevel bør ta på største alvor. Brannvarslere, merking av rømningsvei, brannstige (eksempelvis slik man kan henge ut fra terrasse og/eller vindu) fra spesielt de øverste etasjer, bør være minumum. Ved Villa Marina Cannes er det flere leiligheter og potensielt mange personer som bor samtidig. Hvis uhellet med brann først skulle være ute, vil utfallet kunne bli svært dårlig hvis ikke elementært sikkerhetsutstyr er på plass. Team Villa Marina Cannes tok tilbakemeldingen, installerte som nevnte brannvarsler etter noen dager (i det minste i vår leilighet) og oppga at de vil se nærmere på øvrig sikkerhetsutstyr. Leiligheten er meget godt utstyrt med det aller meste av kjøkkenutstyr. Det manglet imidlertid spiseskåler (typisk til frokostblanding, supper o.l) noe vi forespurte, men som dessverre ikke lot seg ordne.

Heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf bij Villa Marina

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Cannes. Op 5 minuten afstand van het centrum van Cannes, appartement was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van 4 ( 2 kinderen, 2 volwassenen) onze hond was er ook welkom. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer (Richard) die alles op afstand regelt. Reageerd vrijwel direct per whatsapp op vragen/opmerkingen. Appartement was verder schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. ( zelfs een strijkijzer en strijkplank!)

Er was niets dat niet beviel.

Leiligheten er liten men inneholder alt man trenger. Bildene er litt misvisende, men ellers bra.

Når vi bestilte Little Havana så stod det at leiligheten kom med et uteområde, at den vendte mot bakgården og med utsikt over hagen. Dette stemmer ikke. Den er på fremsiden mot veien og inneholder ikke noe uteområde.

Kan inte lita på beskrivningen. Måste man åka dit och kontrollera att allt i beskrivningen stämmer?

Ingenting. Frukost fanns inte.

Allt. Många saker som stod i bekräftelsen att det skulle finnas fanns inte. På grund av att det skulle finnas uteplats räknade vi med att det skulle ligga i bottenplan och en av oss har mycket svårt att gå i trappor, men det fanns varken uteplats eller balkong. Det visade sig att vara 23 trappsteg upp och ett antal saker som enligt uppgift skulle finnas fanns inte. När vi påpekade detta fick vi ett "erbjudande" om att byta till en annan lägenhet i samma hus. För att utnyttja detta skulle vi betala 750 (sjuhundrafemtio) Euro i tillägg, Eftersom vi skulle stanna i en dryg månad ansåg vi att vi var tvungna att byta till denna. Även I denna lägenheten saknades mycket av det som skulle finnas. Dessutom var det ytterligare 18 trappsteg upp. När vi påpekade detta fick vi till svar att vi trakasserade värdarna. Exempel på bristerna var: Little Havana Utlovad uteplats fanns ej utlovat skrivbord fanns ej utlovad sittgrupp fanns ej utlovat omklädningsrum fanns ej utlovad garderob eller klädställning fanns ej Matbord/matplats bestod av ett högt litet bord samt 2 höga barpallar(detta kallar jag inte för matbord/matplats) Down Town Inte mycket bättre, Det fanns två TV-apparater. Båda hade instruktioner på Italienska(tror jag) i alla fall varken på franska eller engelska, (Tror värdarna att Cannes ligger i Italien?) TV-apparaten i sovrummet hade inga kanaler så den var helt värdelös. Kan uteplatsen bestå av en bänk på busshållplatsen utanför?
