"villamariannecannes" downtown, Croisette, convention center, less than 8 minutes walk, 3 minutes walk from the beaches, port. private heated pool, 10 minutes walk from the train station, no car needed. The quiet house is close to all shops, near the city center, the port and the historic center in the heart of Le Suquet.
It consists of 5 bedrooms with double beds; 3 Bathrooms, living room, lounge with 2 sofa beds, 3wc, air conditioning. Sheets, beach towels, bath towels,

The property is special. It’s in the heart of Cannes minutes away from the beach (plage du midi), the parc Mistral, the old port, the Suquet and its ramparts, the big farmers market (Foreville), the train station, the ferry to the islands, and the Croisette and casino. The beds are comfortable (6 bedrooms) the bathrooms clean (4 baths), an equipped kitchen, large living & dining room, and most importantly a great garden with heated pool. A perfect place to discover Cannes and the Riveria (we went to St Tropez, Grasses, Saint Paul de Vence and Antibes).

The house was very clean and exactly as described. Furniture, dinnerware and glassware were upscale. A/C in all rooms made the stay very comfortable. House was short walking distance to restaurants, groceries and beach. Host was very nice and responsive and helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property was perfect. The location is a block from the beach. The house itself is renovated while still maintaining the history and details. The host was fantastic and easy to work with (thanks to Google translate). We would highly reccomend this property

The photos don’t do the justice to the house. In real life is even more bright, beautifully decorated, with a lovely small swimming pool and a gorgeous spacious terrace. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, freshly decorated and ready to accommodate 10 people. Sofas in the living room can easily accommodate two or four more guests. The host is very sweet, responsive and helpful. The location can not be better- 2 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the old city with restaurants and bars. I would love to come back again!

Nous avons tous apprécié cette grande maison, très bien garnie, avec tout le nécessaire, huile , sel, poivre, savon, etc vin et même une bouteille de champagne. Les propriétaires ont été toujours à l’écoute et très rapide dans leurs réponses. À noter que seules trois chambres sur 6 ont leur salle de bain privée . Avis aux nord américains, il n’y a pas de sécheuse électrique pour les vêtements. Un mélangeur électrique serait apprécié pour smoothie etc.

Maison spacieuse ( 12 couchages), bien décorée et confortable. Très bien équipée. Bien placée : centre vieux Cannes le Suquet, proche plages et embarcadère iles. Bémol : environnement très bruyant cause circulation automobile. Une seule place de parking.
