Lovely quiet room, handy for seafront and town centre, races, etc.
Nothing not to like but no privacy unless curtains drawn, front of street on ground floor.

The property was really close the the beach, restaurants and shops.
The other guests started making noise from 6:30am, so they woke us up and we couldn't sleep peacefully anymore.

1 No long room in bathroom to go to toilet I a man with walking issues hurt my knee
2 very warm no fan which is a shame
3 TV you can't move so could access my hd streaming device
