The property is close to good walking areas . Close to the sea. Local amenities close . The surrounding neighbourhood that the property has no power in changing can be deceiving. Property is a hidden gem💎 . The property is well furnished as advertised . The bedrooms may need updating a tad but not that it’s not comfortable. The bedrooms were of good size. Self check in service was appreciated. State of the art fridge freezer and most importantly property has WiFi that actually works . Thank you .

The heating was not working, however, when we contacted the property owner they were very helpful . That makes a difference.

I could not stay in this property, I ran out less 20 mins of getting in. Very dirty property.

Dirty property, cobweb and spiders having a feast, cutlery dirty with grease, pans in a poorly kept state, left over snack in the kitchen cupboard, kitchen had half the inventory to cook or make basic noodles. Wardrobe had the owners old shirts lying about. No towels, was not my immediate concern but would have be nice to state it from the beginning. The owner does not respond to messages on time I moved out less than 20 mins of getting in, my son wept out of disappointment and frustration. Nice enticing photos on site but a house on haunted hills in the inside :(

Would never recommend.

On first arrival, the kitchen looked nice and quite new. It is near to a costal walk

It was so dirty, we didn’t even stay for the second night. There was litter everywhere, mouldy food in the cupboards, the bathroom had a dead fly on the sink. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were so uncomfortable! A really loud creaky door. There were no basic amenities either, not even a full roll of toilet roll, no hand wash or washing up liquid.

Nice place but needs a few extras to make it perfect

The kitchen and bathroom were really lovely. The beds were comfortable. Lovely big wardrobes. Nice views from both bedrooms. In a great location for touring the area. Good WiFi connection and streaming services available on smart tv if you have an account with Netflix or prime. Good central heating.

There were only 3 knives and forks and 2 teaspoons. Definitely needs a new cutlery set and a knife to chop with and chopping board. There was only one glass to drink out of and no toaster or sieve/colander. It would be good to provide these for your guests. The microwave was really dirty on arrival. It’s a really nice place and with a few extra things as mentioned, would be excellent. And be careful when using the shower because the large shower head sprays the ceiling and wets the floor. But if you use the smaller shower head, it’s fine. NB take your own towels.

the location (it's not in Hawthorn as advertised), lack of towels, lack of bath mat, very little crockery. The lack of towels was an issue as normally towels are provided - it wouldn't have been a problem if we'd have known but it should be flagged up before the stay so you arrive prepared.
