Good location and views, but no heating and disappointing service.

The property is clean and well maintained, located close to the beach, with convenient parking adjacent to the flat. It offers reliable hot water, two en-suite bedrooms, and a pleasant sea view from the living area.

The room heating was not functioning, resulting in an extremely cold and uncomfortable night. Staff informed us that the heating would be switched off at 10:00 p.m. and resumed at 6:00 a.m. However, when we returned at 10:45 p.m., the room was very cold, and there was still no heating when we left the property at 9:00 a.m. When we raised this issue with staff upon departure, there was no apology or expression of concern. Given that this stay was in January, the lack of heating and the staff’s response were particularly disappointing. Based on this experience, it is difficult to understand how the property has a 9.4 rating on Booking.com.

A lovely little mini break with my dog

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. I arrived with my little dog and Sharon very kindly helped me with my bags and carrying them. Both Sharon and Lloyd were lovely hosts. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, including a microwave, oven and even tea bags! The apartment had everything I needed and it’s a bonus it’s dog friendly and SO close to the beach. The central heating was a much needed addition, as it was minus temperatures when we stayed. It was so cosy and warm. It was also really useful to have parking included in the price and much appreciated. It was easy to park on the street outside with the permit. Thank you Sharon and Lloyd for a lovely stay.

Very comfortable for family of 3 and a dog . Location very close to beach and park area . Good selection of cafes and restaurants. Well equipped for self catering . Both bedrooms are spacious with en-suite. You can also book breakfast across the road , which was excellent .

A blind in the bedroom would provide better privacy as it faces onto another flat directly.The apartment is compact,leaving access to the other bedroom to use for the cases would have been better .We thought we booked a two bedroom apartment but the other room was locked.

Lovely apartment but bad mattress

The whole apartment was so lovely, views was amazing so quiet and peaceful easy parking the hosts were so lovely. We brought our dogs and they were so accommodating for us.

The only thing I can say bad about our stay was the bed, 2 nights hardly no sleep the mattresses were not good at all.

The perfect little getaway! The apartment had everything we needed, plenty of space and were accommodating to our 2 dogs! The location is great for getting to the beach and the hosts are so friendly!

Well equipped, very clean, well presented apartment near the beach in Redcar.

This is a very nice apartment with either one or two en-suite double bedrooms (one bedroom is locked when only booked as a one-bedroom apartment). The kitchen, dining, living area is reasonably spacious, with sofa and armchair, and the kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, etc. There’s a nice view of the beach and sea from one of the windows. Sharon is very helpful and friendly. Good location.

Great Value Self Contained Seaside Apartment

Immaculately kept apartment with two bedrooms (one is locked - the one you didn't book). Although the facilities are described as shared, it is sole occupancy, so it's all yours! The living area and kitchen have all you need for cooking, and there is a fridge, kettle and microwave. The heating is great and plenty of hot water. You can see the sea and beach from the living area. The bedroom is a good size and a very comfortable bed. Large shower and the bathroom has good lighting. Parking is straight outside and free until 10AM. LLoyd has great communication skills and will show you in.

Very relaxing stay !

Very relaxing and quiet place to stay . Comfy double bed and a great sea view from the living room . There is a Morrisons shop only a couple of minutes walk away and the beach is a few strides ! Pleasant and informal hosts . Redcar has plenty of places to eat all very close by . Excellent ! 😀

Everything was great main was great with all the facilities. On a nice it would be better as you can see the sea from 1 window. I would stay here again.

Main tv in a funny position but no real alternative in regards to wall space. Pillows not to my liking for comfort but each to their own.

Perfectly comfortable and well equipped

I can’t recommend this property enough, you get everything you can need and more. There’s plenty of space with 2 large en-suite bathrooms that are also spacious and a fully equipped kitchen dinner. You can see the sea from 2 of the rooms and a big plus is it’s dog friendly. The owners are lovely and nothing is to much.

Great place to stay

Having a double room each with ensuite shower room and toilet. This isn't shared accommodation with strangers but who you book it with. I had one room , my nephew the other. The living room and kitchen was big enough and had a great sea view . Parking is right outside
