The location is great, a few minutes walk and you are on blue line of the metro. The building was safe and clean throughout. Instructions were clear. The bed was comfortable. Both the heat and air con worked well. We appreciated the smart tv. The linens smelled good, not stale. Could tell the room was cleaned very well.
Even though we were 2 people (1 adult, 1 child) we were only given one bath towel. My daughter had to use a hand towel to dry off.

It was very easy to access the door and the keys
The mirror was broken. It’s a symbol of bad luck for the customer. It added a lot of negativity for us
