La ubicación . Las instalaciones. Estás en tu casa con todo lo necesario.
La comunicación con la dueña.
Me llegaban mensajes por Booking y no podía responderlos.
No usa WhatsApp. Todas las veces que me comuniqué por mensaje , tampoco contestó.
El ingreso al edificio sucio y con basura.

Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, toll geschnitten und zentral gelegen (nicht die schönste Ecke, aber alles super zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar). Bis auf die Küche super ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht
Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, z.B. wäre zum Kochen ein scharfes Messer gut gewesen

L'appartamento è carino, pulito e si trova in una posizione ottima per spostarsi. Un plauso speciale alla proprietaria, davvero gentilissima e sempre disponibile.
Ci sono diverse scale da fare prima di arrivare all'appartamento e le parti comuni con il condominio non erano molto pulite. Suggerirei di aggiungere qualche pentola in più in cucina per chi preferisce prepararsi i pasti in casa.
