A fantastic location right next to the social center, yet far enough away to be quiet at night. The apartment is spacious and clean.
The top-floor apartment is terribly hot. A small air conditioner installed in one room, and a fan don't help. The apartment is generally old, with renovations limited to repainting. The kitchen is very cramped and worn.

Apartment is very spacious! We couldn't believe the size of it upon arrival! Instructions for check in were sent in advance and easy to follow. Location was perfect for us - close to a metro stop, local shop and fast food places.
Only downside for us was the stairs as we do not like lifts.. but this is completely personal to us and not a reflection on the property itself.
