Lovely place! Very good for such a price, if not the best one. Easy to get inside. Elevator is available. For some, it might be a little too noisy because of some clubs in the same building. But it was not a real problem for me. Only if you are very sensitive to such noise. Place is clean, host is friendly. There was no negative experience during my stay.
Some people can find this place noisy. Semi abandonment street in front of the property. Can be unsettling for some people.

Close to city centre and quiet place
All good, no parking place, but for that price that’s good place to stay
