Cozy Apartment Old City Center - CAL3

Location is very good and central. Apartment is good size.

A/C was not working properly in hot days. Water leaking out of the window on rain and leaking badly from the shower filling the floor and making it slippery.

Апартаментът е точно като на снимките. Намира се в симпатична стара сграда, на тиха и спокойна улица на 5 минути пеша от пешеходната зона на стария град, Парламентът е на 15 минути. Въпреки, че няма осигурено парко място, паркирането е лесно, на горната уличка паркирането е безплатно и винаги имаше свободни места. Синята зона струва 6 евро за целия ден, което също е ОК.

Struttura interna ben tenuta, pulita e vicinissima al centro di Lipscani quindi strategicamente perfetta.

Al nostro arrivo la serratura della porta non funzionava: dopo diversi tentativi siamo riusciti ad aprirla e inizialmente il problema sembrava risolto. Tuttavia, una volta usciti, non siamo più riusciti a chiuderla a chiave, causando diversi disagi anche per i rumori durante i tentativi, tanto che un vicino è intervenuto per lamentarsi. Abbiamo subito avvisato il proprietario, che si è reso disponibile a risolvere il problema, ma – per ovvie ragioni di orario – l’intervento è avvenuto solo la mattina seguente. Da segnalare però che è stato piuttosto spiacevole il fatto che abbia inizialmente insinuato che il danno potesse essere stato causato da noi. Inoltre, il cancelletto esterno, che avrebbe dovuto essere accessibile solo tramite codice, risultava sempre aperto, riducendo il livello di sicurezza. Il proprietario si è comunque attivato prontamente: il falegname è intervenuto già alle 8:30 del mattino per sostituire la serratura, cosa che però ha comportato una sveglia piuttosto anticipata, non proprio ideale durante una vacanza. A parte questo inconveniente e il piccolo disguido iniziale, il soggiorno è stato complessivamente positivo.

Our apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipment. Just 15 min walk from the Old Town. We slept so well and there is few local shops plus Carrefour store in a short walking distance.

The only small minus was the shower, we had to hold the shower head not a minor issue as shower was specious and clean.
