The location was perfect. Close to markets, shops, cafes, old city and sightseeing. The owner was really helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were really comfortable. We recommend the apartment for families.

Another pair of pillows would be really appreciated and a soap or shampoo at the bathroom also. Beside that all was perfect.

Location was very close to city centre old town. Decent room size and space. Checkin information was provided and explained.

Apartment needs updating but still functional. Property on 5th floor and lift not in great condition and small.

-Great and straight forward communication; -Perfect location in the City Centre; -Very accommodating owners with the bedding requests and the small late check out.

-Overall an old place with the sofa and the armchairs in the living room really worn out; -When we arrived a really bad smell was everywhere, perhaps an issue with the sewerage; -Except the towels, hand liquid soap, salt, sugar and some spices, nothing was provided. Not that they have to, but most of the rentals nowadays offer many amenities such as coffee, water, cooking oil, shampoo, etc. It really cost a few pennies for the owners but makes a great difference for the guests. -Heating wasn't actually working very well either.

Yes, but the smell coming from the sewage pipes was overwhelming and extremely unpleasant.

The sheets were not white as they should’ve been when you rent your property. They were mixed colours so you couldn’t see when they had the last wash… Just smelling them to see if they are fine: extremely uncomfortable… The air conditioner unit was plugged out abd with no extension to the wall, plugging it in would’ve meant to step over it whenever you had to use the washroom The fridge was not opening easily after you had to use it once: it would close hermetically and you had to wait to try to reopen it in case you forgot something The TV control remoters didn’t work!!! We went and bought new batteries, they still didn’t work! The owner sent some helper with other control remoters to try!! Too much stress… The coach in the living had the leather cut out in the open: overall, you felt like in a 2 star room. No rugs, maybe better, after all.
