It is in a nice area with great public transport links to the city centre, the facilities are great for what you pay.
I’m not sure if it was my own incompetence or not but the first night we couldn’t get the hot water to work. However, it was very good every other night afterwards.

Good price to quality ratio and easy to reach the center of Bucharest by tram. Quiet location is also a big plus.
A corner of my room near the entry door smelled with cat piss.
