It was a perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The location was very convenient, close to many touristic spots and wonderful coffee places and restaurants. Easy parking on the street, even for two cars. The host was super firendly and very helpful even though we never met :) There is no air conditioning but we had many funs to cool the crazy summer temperature a bit down.
