Proximity to our point of interest , parking.
Close to elevator( very noisy), no coffee eauipments;
On top - lot of restrictions ( do not touch the stores or the heat controls)…

Excellent location, close to main road but very quiet and relaxing at the same time. The building was supervised and secured felt safe at all times. Friendly and polite neighbours.
The apartment was very spacious, clean everything looked new, modern and fresh. A/C in the living room, great WiFi speed
No coffee machine, poor quality image on TV and the shutter blind in the bedroom was locked down so very hard to get any fresh air in so it was very hot as no A/C in the bedroom. I was disappointed to see there was no TV in the bedroom as seen one in the display photos.
I would still come back but it would be nice to take notice of them.

Good location
Unpleasant smell in the apartment, dirty walls, mild on the bedroom ceiling, rotten bathroom door.
