Harmony Plaza Apartment 2BR

Excellent location, just a short walk from Plaza România mall. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Self check-in was quick and effortless, with clear and helpful instructions, including all the information needed about parking. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience.

Just a couple of small suggestions that could make the stay even more comfortable. There is only one air conditioner, located in the hallway, and as we arrived on a particularly hot day, it struggled a little to cool the entire apartment. It would also be a nice touch to provide some basic coffee and tea. We understand these weren’t listed among the amenities, but they are something guests generally expect in apartments positioned at a four-star level.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută! Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, bine organizat și amplasat într-o locație excelentă. Proprietarii au fost extrem de amabili, prietenoși și mereu gata să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie. Ne-am simțit foarte bine pe tot parcursul șederii și cu siguranță am reveni. Recomand cu incredere!

Very clean apartment decorated with nice details. Great location.

The apartment has a large square, a window in the shower, Wi-Fi, and there is a large shopping center and a tram station near the building. The park is nearby.Self check-in.

A bad experience staying in this apartment. My request for a separate blanket was completely ignored by manager, and I had to sleep with a friend under one blanket, which was uncomfortable. The main problem was that there's a tram line and noisy highways near the building. Sleeping with the windows open is impossible. The apartment description doesn't mention the noise level. Overall, the apartment is tired and needs at least little renovation. There's no air conditioning, which can be very uncomfortable during the warmer months. The bathroom sink drains poorly. The shower holder keeps falling off. Also, the bathroom didn't lock, but after communicating with the manager, this issue was resolved. The problem with the broken TV remote control was also quickly resolved. There's only one key to the apartment, which is inconvenient if there are four of you and everyone wants to walk around separately. Use everytime the keybox is not comfortable. The apartment is located far from the tourist center, airport and central railway station. Price is too high for this. Shower gel and shampoo are not included.
