Very clean! Amazing mattress, we slept like babies.
It doesn't have windows or balcony. Only one window on the top, but we are short and couldn't manage to reach it. (I don't even know if it opens)

Room 5 is a humid cellar. No windows..i would avoid it and had never taken it when it was.mentioned in the text.
