Easy access, a clean space and a great location overall.
Loud music early in the morning from neighbors, but that's not something the owner is responsible for.

I really liked the bed and the table in the hallway. The bathroom has a window which is a big plus. The kitchen was equipped very decent. I would've loved a basic mug, not a glass one, but I guess that's just preference.
I wanted to take a shower when I arrived and there was some hair in the tub, like someone just shaved in there. I found cleaning products, but by the time I wanted to bathe I ran out of hot water. It was not very pleasant. Also, the windows in both the bathroom and the kitchen were surrounded by spider webs and dust.

Location was perfect, 3 min walk from local shop, 5 min walk from subway station. Good size property, had everything I needed for my stay.
