Ottima posizione in pieno centro, non manca niente di ciò che può servire persino il detersivo per lavastoviglie ho trovato

Esternamente non piacevole a prima vista

La camera si trova in un ottima posizione, proprio in centro

Il palazzo dove è collocata, sporco, angusto e maleodorante

L’acqua della doccia andava via troppo lentamente

The friendly emails when confirming ex: informing me that the property was noisy and asking if I would like to be relocated to another of their properties. However when I asked where these were as I am sensitive to noise, I received zero response even up to the point I checked out and til today. The property management was unresponsive to the repeated emails about this and my requests for an earlier check in. When I finally got a response after I had arrived on the day of check in, I was merely told that check in was 3pm. I appreciated that they informed me about the storage lockers in a standard auto generated email. And these were right next door. However, if you arrive really early like I did at 6.30am, at the cost of the large locker, it would have been better to check into a hotel which would have stored my luggage for free and have someone at reception to connect with for questions, and a better possibility of early check in. The location is in the heart of a hive of nightlife, however, the taxi point is about 240 meters away and really difficult with luggage due to the undulating paving of stone setts which feel like cobblestones. It is really tedious with a lot of luggage. Upon arriving at the property gate it looks like a decrepit, abandoned building for waifs and smells like they urinate there, even within the gated areas. (see photos) Consistent hot water in the shower which unfortunately is filthy and grouting uncleaned for an eon. Water filter in the kitchen. Local snack in the kitchen.

No bedside lamp, no kettle in the kitchen, one bedside socket extension cord. The unit although it may have once been considered tasteful has been poorly maintained… and now has fungusy, water seepage on the ceiling Carpets that were stained and gross to step on I felt icky and had to keep my socks on. The corridors are dark and lights come on only after you step into the dark area, and this can feel scary. (see photos) Toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and it was not repaired leaving holes in the wall and having to do a 180 degree turn to get to the toilet paper on a ledge behind.
