50" UHD TV and comfortable sofa.
Fully equiped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, and a Nespresso machine.
Great location, just 5 minutes' walking distance from the beach (Pedras Do Corgo).
Very quiet location overall (1st floor facing an inner courtyard, not the street).
Noise from steps, moving chairs, opening/closing blinds, etc. from the neighbour upstairs at night time and early in the morning.
Mattress on the bedroom was too firm, and pillows were too soft, making the bed uncomfortable to sleep in if you are side sleeper (my case).
Tobacco smoke from neighbour downstairs could be noticed/smelled from inside the apartment when windows are open.

Clean, good facilities like shower, two beds, couch and washing machine.
The heating had air in, so made an annoying noise. I contact the host on the first day, was told maintenance was coming, but they never did, in the 7 days we were there.

We vonden het een prachtig ruim appartement met alles erop en eraan,
Ik was alleen in de veronderstelling dat we oceanview zouden hebben
Het appartement ligt direct aan de liftschacht en die lift maakt een afschuwelijk geluid wanneer die gebruikt wordt
En de eerste avond was de buurman aan het boren en zagen, niet echt peacefull dus
