The owner was extremely responsive. She answered almost immediately when I asked anything (it didn't even have to be regarding the apartment). When we checked in, her son came by and walked us through everything and even gave us his number. The same thing goes for him, just perfect in his approach to being helpful. The apartment may very well be the cleanest and pleasant smelling apartment I have ever rented. The fact that there were real human beings helping you, beats entering an apartment with some code and finding out how things work in a foreign country by miles.. Props to Fernanda and her son. If I could give her 11, I would do that, rather than 10.

Good location. And private parking. The host was lovely and very friendly. The property has a few issues but it didn’t affect our stay too much. The sofa bed is only good for one person as it’s quite uncomfortable but the double bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t use the cooker and the washing machine at the same times as it kept tripping the electric. There is a hot tub advertised but there isn’t one and the jacuzzi bath didn’t work. No aircon which could be an issue in the summer.
Maybe take the hot tub off the advertisement as we did accept the higher cost as we thought it had one.

The property is beautiful. It is clean and comfortable, including cozy furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped and the location is perfect. Easy check-in processes and responsive hosts add convenience and peace of mind. Overall, the apartment is worth the value.
Ps. The host is amazing and wonderful . She even gave us a ride from the airport. I would love to come back to this place in the future .
