A localização é excepcional, 100 m da praia.
Apartamento bem decorado, harmonioso. Camas confortáveis, cozinha totalmente equipada , em geral, sinceramente na me recordo de nada que não tivesse e que necessitamos numa casa .
Garagem subterrânea incluída .
As fotos correspondem completamente à realidade .
Não concordo com a caução … mas compreendo que nem todas as pessoas estimem os espaços …

Wohnung war modern und sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet, die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand war auch super. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war hilfreich, wenn auch sehr eng.
Ich bekam per WhatsApp eine andere Adresse zugeschickt, wo wir 30 min umsonst warteten. Dann kam die Info, dass wir direkt zur Ferienwohnung kommen sollen, dort hat man uns dann erwartet. Wieso die andere Adresse? Haben keine Antwort darauf bekommen, die Person konnte kein English. Das Zusatzbett im Wohnzimmer war leider schlecht, die anderen Betten waren super, also für 4 Personen super, wir waren zu 6.

The apartment itself is fine, matching expectations and the photos. The location is great, close to the ocean, and there's a parking space in the parking lot, also a plus.
The key collection process was very questionable, we waited outside in 35 degree heat for 45 minutes. The lack of air conditioning in the apartment is a major drawback; it's absolutely impossible to breathe in the intense heat.
Elevator in the building is downright dangerous, especially for children.
There's no pressure in the shower at all, and the final touch is the toilet lid constantly falling on you each time you are using it ahaha
