Todo estaba muy bien cuidado, en muy buen estado. Con la propietaria muy buena comunicacion. Enfrente de la playa, muy tranquilo.

Planta baja al lado del mar, poca ventilación en el salón y había mucha humedad dentro. Aun así con los humidificadores que hay en el apartamento se soluciona un poco.

A localização, por ser próxima do mar.

O piso térreo não tem nenhuma janela para o mar, possui três claraboias, que deixam entrar o som do mar. Só o 1.º andar tem varanda com vista de mar.

The location can’t be beat. You’re right on top of the beach. The balcony and living room have a perfect sunset view, perfect to enjoy the end of the day. Really good seafood restaurants and facilities in the neighborhood

Very clean, comfortable apartment, Very close to the beach.

I booked and paid in full 3 months in advance and on our arrival was informed that work was being done, but noise will be minimal. Well if plastering walls and laying tiles from 08:00 till sometimes 20:00 is minimal then I seem to have been taken advantage of. It was not the relaxing holiday at the see I was hoping for. I am extremely disappointed, and feel the host should have communicated it from onset. Why chance a bad review for €640. I think a reimbursement is called for. I would suggest when booking always ask if renovations or work around the apartment are being carried out.
