Situated in the center of Lavra, it benefits from a prime location to the main Northern beaches of the city as well as quick access to the Airport and the largest commercial area of Matosinhos.
The apartment is located in one of the quietest streets of Lavra at 200m from Agudela Beach.

This spacious apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a nice crib and 2 single beds, perfect for couples or groups up to 4 people.
The bathroom has a hot tub, ideal for a relaxing time at the end of your day.
