Villa d'Avó Dalva

Una casita muy bonita y muy cómoda, súper limpia y con todo lo que se necesita para estar a gusto. Se encuentra en un pueblo ideal. Al lado del mar, se ven las estrellas y está muy bien localizado. José y Teresa son súper atentos y se cercioraron de que no nos faltase de nada, nos recomendaron sitios para comer e, incluso, nos recibieron con pasteis de nata! Moito obrigada!

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 100m vom Meer entfernt in einem Weiler ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Nachts war es perfekt ruhig. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei Gebäude mit je einer Wohneinheit. Der grosse Aussenbereich wird gemeinsam genutzt. Da das zweite Gebäude zu unserer Zeit nicht besetzt war, hatten wir den ganzen Bereich für uns allein. Die gesamte Liegenschaft ist erst vor einigen Monaten renoviert worden und dementsprechend neuwertig. Wir wohnten im kleineren Nebengebäude, welches genug Platz für ein Paar bietet. Die Einrichtung war sehr praktisch mit genügend Stauraum. In einer angebauten Garage befindet sich eine Waschmaschine / -trockner, je ein Grill für jede Wohnung und Platz für Fahrräder etc. Hervorzuheben ist die Fürsorge der Vermieter Teresa und Zé, welche sich alle paar Tage erkundigten, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Der persönliche Kontakt mit ihnen war sehr angenehm.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation! The house is only about 150 meters from the sea, and you can already enjoy a sea view from the terrace. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The house is also perfectly equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. We felt comfortable from the very beginning. Communication was proactive, friendly, and easy throughout our entire stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We would happily come back again! 😊

Lovely bungalow well equipped and very comfortable in every way. Modern, clean and very comfy bed in addition to well equipped kitchen, bathroom/ shower all modern and ideal for our holiday. Location too very close to beach, lovely and peaceful village good choice to eat out, safe, secure and outside space too to enjoy in peaceful surrounds. Hosts very helpful, and local contact Fernanda was always on hand and very helpful if need to know anything. Zircon excellent too and can see the sea from the bedroom window so all in all perfect.

Nothing really only thing could mention is a couple of sun loungers would be the perfect addition for the bungalow, or some rattan furniture to relax outdoors in the lovely garden area.
