I would not recommend this property.

The only positive was it was clean.

There was no one at the accommodation on arrival .I had to use whatsapp to contact the owner . No details were provided on how to get in on the booking info. I was sent photos to gain access when there was a gate with a key pad which leads directly to the rooms beside the main door instead of having to find the rear access . Not what we needed after cycling from Dublin and arriving at 7pm. This could all have been avoided by the directions being provided upon accepting the booking. Also there were no instructions for heating the room and getting hot water for a shower.

Great location and good value for money.

Basic, clean and very adequate for our journey. We booked here for drift days as base to travel from to mondello park. Great for location, cleanliness, very comforable beds and amenities are great for the price.

The window in our room #6 doesnt shut fully, lots of street noise coming in through the gap, no blinds only thin curtains and there is an emergency light in the room which lights the whole room up green in the dark.

Not worth the money

The property itself was so clean

I didn’t like the fact that it was very cold and the water in the shower took ages to warm up. Also I was there with my 2 children and we only had 2 beds. It was really expensive for what I got. I didn’t like the fact that we were the first room in the property so heard everyone else coming in at night. I didn’t like that I did not meet anyone in person upon my arrival to the property and I didn’t have any instructions on what to do. I took it upon myself to call the number and that’s when I was given the codes. This should have been explained prior. I thought it was really expensive for what it was so I’m disappointed with my stay. If you book for 3 people you should get 3 beds.

Cuando fui a hacer el check in no había nadie ni me habían mandado nada por WhatsApp, estuve casi 1h esperando a que me mandaran las instrucciones para poder entrar. Al final me fui, dejé las maletas todo el día en el coche y esperé a que me mandaran toda la información de la habitación lo cual me acabaron mandando a las 20.00h tras llamar varias veces al gerente. Si que es cierto que me dieron la posibilidad de dejar las maletas en la sala común y el hombre fue muy amable, pero la organización fue horrible. Además, no hay televisión en las habitaciones como se dice en la descripción
