    The staff were very friendly. The reception area was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
    We stayed in a triple room however there was only enough water for 2. The hotel was very noisy given that there was a lot of Christmas parties happening, on our floor the fire alarm went off and put the floor into shut down, we were told in another room someone was smoking which caused the issue. In addition, our room overlooked the car park so while party goers were leaving some were shouting etc, and set off car alarms in the early hours of the night.

    Clean, reception staff very helpful and friendly
    Food, absolutely terrible. I ordered the sea trout of the bar menu with parsnip purée and baby broccoli and lemon sauce. It came with pasta sauce, mushy peas and dried up mash. The restaurant manager did remove from bill, but i don’t know how the kitchen could had that over, how a chef could plate that combination is beyond me. I was left hungry that evening and when I asked for room service there was none. Also I know it was a very busy night, but bar manager did not handle the amount of people, he was very rude as if it was our fault it was busy.

    Such a homely cozy hotel . Reception staff were really happy & welcoming Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so lovely .
