Dorje's place - 1 Bedroom plus Study Potts Point Apartment

The space was amazing. Very comfortable and safe. Great interiors and it was the perfect place to stay. We would stay there again !!

The host Qimmy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I arrived at the property at noon right after my flight landed. Qimmy kept contacting the room cleaner to check when the previous guest would leave and when cleaning would finish, and I was luckily able to check in right at 12 PM. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need—from basic seasonings (Western-style) to an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. I even cooked meals here on days when my schedule was more relaxed. There’s also a semi-automatic Breville coffee machine, so I could enjoy grinding beans, frothing milk, and making latte art every morning. The layout is one bedroom, one living room, and one study. The study has a desk and a sofa, perfect for getting work done. The living room has amazing natural light. Every morning I connected to the speaker, played some Ed Sheeran, and made coffee—briefly living that chill Western lifestyle. Location is unbeatable: • 3-minute walk to Kings Cross Station • 300 meters from Coles • 400 meters from a pharmacy • 800 meters from Pina, one of Sydney’s best brunch spots • The iconic Coca-Cola billboard is also nearby Yet the apartment is on a quiet side street just off the main road, so it’s peaceful and quiet once you turn in.

1. No luggage storage available. If you arrive early before the room is ready, you’ll have to wait somewhere on your own. 2. No air conditioning. I didn’t notice this when booking, but many places in Sydney don’t have AC. If you’re traveling in hot summer and sensitive to heat, think carefully. There are ceiling fans in every room and a Dyson standing fan, so it’s fine during spring and autumn.

Perfect location to experience the local neighbourhood vibe and the city. Great restaurants, galleries and pubs minutes away!

An amazing apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. The space is cozy, intimate and beautifully designed. The lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel instantly like home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent: shops, markets, and all essentials are just a short walk away. Highly recommended.
