Welcome to our bright and stylish apartment in the heart of Potts Point! Our residence overlooks the pedestrianised, leafy lanes at the back of `The Springfield`, an immaculately maintained Art Deco building reminiscent of old Europe.

Welcome to our stylish and cozy studio apartment located in the heart of Potts Point overlooking Springfield Lane and Macleay Street! Our space is perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city.
The location of our apartment is unbeatable - just a few minutes walk from some of the area`s best shops, cafes, and restaurants, including Dear Sainte Eloise, Cafe de la Fontaine, Becker Minty, Kings Cross Markets, and Greg Natale Interiors. You can easily stroll to cosmopolitan cafes, bars, shops, public transport, parks, and the beautiful harbour foreshore.
The apartment features an open-plan living/dining area with high ceilings, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a Smart TV with complementary WiFi. The modern and sleek gourmet kitchen boasts stone benchtops and is fully equipped with a stove, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and basic pantry items, making it an ideal spot for preparing delicious meals.
The master suite is divided by glass and features bay windows that allow natural light to flood in, an open robe with ample storage, a queen-size bed with soft linens, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The original bathroom includes a shower, and your host provides all toiletries. Additionally, the bathroom has a European laundry with a washing machine. If you need a dryer during your stay, you can access two at the shared laundry facilities in the building. The cost of the dryers is $1.20 per load alternatively, the drying rack in the apartment is also available for our guests.

The property was absolutely delightful, fresh, bright and beautifully presented with lovely artwork and equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. It is perfectly located in one of the better preserved historic precincts close to King's Cross, handy to public transport, with a huge array of character filled eating places literally at your doorstep...that first perfect morning coffee is so easy to find!All credit to the owner, who had efficiently sent a series of video instructions on how to locate the building and the key. However, the VRBO app proved problematic for immediate contact with her when we discovered that these directions had been superseded as additional lockboxes and keysafes proliferate in the neighbourhood . It took us the best part of an hour to find our key. On the upside, that process introduced us to some lovely helpful staff in an adjoining restaurant which became a "go to" for our stay.We would rather keep this gem of a place a secret because we would love to return often.
