Rien c’était minable

Il y avait une odeur de parfum partout. Dans toutes les pièces il y avait des diffuseurs, et l’odeur était très forte. Le lave vaisselle non fonctionnel et il n’y avait pas de tiroir pour y mettre la vaisselle et le drain était rempli d’eau. On disposait de 3 couverts et on était 4. La coutellerie était degueulasse. On a du laver tout ce qu’on a utilisé. Pas de cafetière. Il y avait des déchets sous le divan. J’ai écrit a l’établissement et on m’a répondu que vu que j’avais demandé d’avoir l’appartement plus tôt c’est possible que le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement??? Le dessus du four, le grille-pain, la porte du micro-ondes. Les verres étaient sales, les linges pour essuyer la vaisselle aussi. Expérience exécrable. Comme vous pouvez le constater on utilise très très souvent Booking.com. J’ai demandé à l’établissement une compensation vu que malgré tout on devait dormir à cet endroit et que le tout était payé et on m’a répondu que le fait d’avoir eu l’appartement plus tôt était pour eux une compensation???
