Perfect everything you need with plenty of room

Hole house was great plenty of rooms close to shops and train station.. had a little gym in the garage which was perfect for me and partner being gym rats

Very convenient and value for money

The area and the location for us, for visiting family, and for visiting Falkirk and Edinburgh. The accommodation was easy to find, and easy to access. Plenty of room for the four (adults) of us, and plenty of bathroom choice Although a little ‘tired’ it was value for money as it does sleep six Walks in the area were nice and easily accessed, and shopping areas close by

We found the kitchen area very cold, although the radiator was on We found the pillows too hard and we usually take our own so our own fault for forgetting them

It is okay for a cheap and short stay.

Location is close to train station. 25 minutes to Edinburgh and 1 hour to Glasgow. Close to grocery stores.

Improvements are desperately needed. The beds are lumpy. The masters bedroom is on the third floor and the stairs are a bit difficult for an older person. When we arrived, the black bin was already full of garbage.

Tired needs upgrading

Cutlery and crockery not clean..greasy plates. Dishwasher but no cleaning tabs. Fridge door does not stay shut as the magnetic door seals failed...yet the PAT Test report gave it a pass! The microwave is very rusty inside...not fit for purpose.. Overall a rather tired interior the double bed was noisy...cheap metal frame.

Good place to stay for close to Edinburgh and yet in family-oriented house.

Nice house in fairly populous part of Livingston. It's very close to the train (5 minutes walk) so easy to get to Edinburgh or Glasgow. The neighbours were very friendly. Easy to park in front of the house. The house stayed cool even during the very warm spell in the UK. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager.

Livingston itself is a bit noisy so we did get awakened a few times. Kitchen accessories, pots and pans were not always easy to use, could be refreshed. Some required some cleaning before first use. Nothing major but a number of little things that we mentioned to the property manager, who thanked us for providing a checklist. I'm hoping that these will be arranged for the following clients.

Perfect size house

Ideal location enough space for 6 people, 4 bathrooms amazing. Everything about the property was great with exceptional of the beds. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

The beds squeaking when you moved in them and mattresses too soft in the double and twin rooms.
